Why does a phone not appear in Join crew?

Put both phones on the same Wi-Fi, or turn on Wi-Fi and Bluetooth on both. Allow Local Network for Rallyglow in Settings. The host taps Start crew first.

Do the phones need internet?

Crew does not. Flash code needs it once to read the time.

How close in time are the phones?

The app shows the measured figure under the crew, for example In sync, within 6 ms.

Does everyone need Pro?

No. Joining a crew is free. The host needs Pro for 3 or 4 phones.

Is flashing safe?

Flashing is limited to 3 flashes a second and a warning comes first. Skip flashing modes if you are sensitive to flashing lights. You can turn on Reduce Motion or Dim Flashing Lights for a slow color change.

Beat does not react

Allow the microphone for Rallyglow in Settings, and hold the phone nearer the sound.

My phone gets warm

Full brightness is hard work. The app lowers the light if the phone gets very hot.

Restore purchases

Open Settings in Rallyglow and tap Restore purchases.

Delete my banners

Open Saved and swipe left on a banner. Deleting the app deletes all of them.
